Description
Scorpion’s Sting is made with one of my favourite chillies the Trinidad Scorpion, it has a great depth of Caribbean flavour, a little smokiness and citrus but be careful! When the heat arrives in comes in like a train!
A little of this goes a long way but it’s worth it.
